Business Link Presentation Testimonials

Ran a seminar for Business Link the other week on Video Testimonials. Part of it involved shooting some ‘live’ testimonials in the room… kind of a live studio audience I suppose… anyway here are the results.

First of all Peter Czapp of the Wow Company talks about his experiences of working with Web-Epics.

Second Christine Hammacott of the Art of Communication explains the benefits she saw in attending courses run by ACT Assessment and Training.

It’s then Photographer Chris robinsons turn to talk about his client’s experience of working with Culverwell Consultants.

Finally, James Hardiman of Spend Less on Utilities gives voice to his highly valued relationship with No-nonsense Business Services.

I will be repeating the seminar at another event on 19 November in Basingstoke. If you want to find out how to get your customers selling for you I may see you there!

Video testimonials are a two way street

I know I rattle on about video testimonials and how powerful they are, how effective it is to have your clients selling you 24/7 and so on, but I found myself the other side of the camera recently! Our ‘virtual’ Business Development Manager Bryan McCrae of Cognitive Sales put me on the spot and asked me to film a video testimonial for his skills. Here is the result.

Knowing Bryan, there is no doubt he will be measuring the effect on his traffic, lead generation and conversions so I will post the results here in due course when he lets me have some numbers.

Thanks Bryan, but I think I’ll try and stay behind the camera in future.

The Wow Company

Received a great written testimonial today from our very valued client Peter Czapp of the Wow Company for whom we recently completed filming a set of video testimonials. (Peter has agreed to commit this to video when the opportunity presents itself!)
