Pauline Baker and Fiona Upson, the two owners of Basingstoke Apartment Services were very excited about the prospect of bringing their service to life on video to differentiate themselves from their competition. They also wanted to convey the level of personal service they offer and the high quality of properties they manage.Both the Directors saw the value in being able to convey the personality of the company as well as the bricks and mortar that they rent out. So, despite some nervousness on her part, it was decided that Fiona should present the video herself. For someone who had never stood in front of a camera, with a little bit of coaching, we think she did an amazing job!

Pauline talked about the video sometime after it had gone live on their website;

“All our friends, family and colleagues in the business have said how good it is and how it really gives a good insight into what serviced apartments are about and particularly the standard.”

They are are pleased with the video and now direct new customers to it to see the standard of accommodation for themselves.
